Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Bus Sales Manager.
Location: Columbia (Latin America)
Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range
Responsibilities:
▪ Acting as a sales representative locally based in Columbia to plan, organize and manage for sales activities. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace.
▪ Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers.
▪ Work closely with Chinese HQ on business planning and implementation when necessary.
▪ Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/ services offering, and align to provide a solution and ensuring a positive customer experience.
▪ Regular customer visit to develop, enhance and maintain customer relationship.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor degree or above in Sales/Marketing.
▪ Minimum 5 years' automotive sales experience or channel management experience, a deep understanding of bus and coach industry is preferrable.
▪ Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
▪ Team Spirit; be able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
▪ Demonstrate initiative, self-driven with passion; result-oriented; high sense of responsibility.
▪ Fluent writing/spoken Spanish is a must. Second language English would be an advantage.
