Responsibilities-
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of new system functionality, including Requirement Analysis, Solution design, Process set up, and handover
• Be the contact for the Credit cards business team for any system-related consultancy and support
• Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call center teams for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest workaround solutions to meet the same
• Ensure that the existing system capabilities are fully exploited and the requirements met through parameters changes rather than opting for code changes
• Understand the current process to optimize the existing solution thus achieving improved efficiency
• Devise solutions for process automation to ensure minimal manual and monitored intervention occurs
• Ensure solutions and processes are well documented and signed off through interdisciplinary interactions
• Ensure quality testing and proper user training
• Vendor Management
• End-to-project delivery
• Design solution and architecture
Skills-
Candidates must have below skillset:
• System Analysis and ability to prepare Functional Specification Documents based on BRD
• Proven record of Digital and 3rd party Solutions
• Working experience with API, SDK, New edge technology, APIGEE, DataPower, ESB, and DataPower
• Channel Integration
• Sound knowledge of Personal Loan and Banking Assets domain
• Onboarding and acquisition solution
• Workflow definition and solution
• Documentation
• Management – internal team, partners, stakeholders
• Understanding of personal Loan life cycle
• Onboarding, Finacle, collections Exposure
• Able to construct and define e2e solution across cross systems
