Meet The Owner
Parag has been working in Information Technology for more than 25 years, and performed various roles under different capacities, right from Developer/Coder till Director. He has seen very closely and been part of transformation of IT in last 25 years, right from an era of FoxPro, dBase till Cloud, AI, Big Data etc. He had worked across multiple geographies with different cultures. Worked for various renowned organizations like Tech Mahindra, Barclays & LTI.
He had completed his Masters in 1995 and started his career in IT. He is a certified PMP, PSM, and Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner. He has completed Executive Program in HR & Marketing Management at IIT Bombay in 2013.
Parag is a strong believer in People's strengths i.e. he believes that every individual has some strengths and weaknesses and one should capitalize strengths and give opportunity to improve on weaknesses. Also, he believes that learning is a slow process and one should learn till last breath. He is people-oriented leader, loves to work with people and easy going person to establish good relations. He feels proud to have all ex-colleagues turned as friends and well-wishers and he would cherish these relations & memories for life time.
He is happily living in Pune along with Spouse, Son and Mother. He ensures to spend quality time with family every week and loves to enjoy weekends with family and friends. Watching good movies and traveling works as a charger to him to freshen up.
