Developing In-depth domain knowledge of E-commerce, Marketplace and Retail.
• Understanding of business & processes, discussion with key stakeholders & gather requirements.
• Responsible for doing the Requirements analysis, management and communication.
• Elicitation and Documentation of Business and Data Requirements (i.e. SRS & FRS)
• Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.
• Conducting deep analysis & identify opportunities to improve conversion & user experience through data.
• Analyze A/B or Multi-Variate Tests and drive fundamental improvements to site experience.
• Doing Competitive Analysis and sharing the insights with the stakeholders & management. 
• Representing the company to other business houses/vendors for subscribing their product and services, if needed. Negotiating and getting best to the table.
