Position: Business Analyst (Key Account Management team)

As a Business Analyst, you will focus on the critical aspects of data analysis, reporting, and communication necessary to support strategic decision-making across customer success, software adoption, and key account management. You will have a combination of a strong educational background with practical skills in data analysis, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer success, software adoption, and key account management.
Generate monthly reports on user engagement metrics, including adoption rates, feature utilization, and user feedback.
Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain performance dashboards for key metrics, allowing for real-time monitoring and easy interpretation.
Implement a comprehensive dashboard that visually represents critical data points for customer success, adoption, and key account management.
Ensure regular updates and accessibility for the management team.
- Customized Reporting: Create customized reports tailored to the specific needs of various stakeholders, including executive leadership and department heads.
Deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management to address specific questions or concerns.
Ensure accuracy and relevance in all custom reports provided.
- Data Accuracy and Quality: Maintain the integrity and quality of data sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all analyses.
Implement data validation processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.
Regularly audit data sources to identify and rectify any anomalies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments, including customer success, marketing, and sales, to gather relevant data and align reporting efforts.
Facilitate regular meetings to understand data requirements from various teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Business Analyst (Key Account Management team)
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
2. Analytical Skills:

- Proficient in using data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
