Hiring for a Business Analyst for a global Systems Integration / IT Services major

A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years, with the Manufacturing vertical, including use cases involving advanced / emerging technologies like IIoT, being a major driver.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Business Analyst
• Reporting Manager:  Senior Manager – Industry 4.0
• Location: Pan India 
• Work mode: Hybrid 

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and gather requirements 
• Landscape the as-is state and baseline a to-be blueprint (Fit Gap analysis), with stakeholder buy-in
• Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into user stories/design (including wireframing)
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical staff to provide inputs for estimation, overall implementation solution / application plan
• Lead the installation, customization and integration efforts, when required
• Conduct SIT / UAT
• Conduct application demo for internal and external stakeholders as and when required
• Conduct user training on the completed application
• Guide the other members of the Industry 4.0 team

Candidate requirements:

• 10 – 12 years of experience in broader consulting or business analysis space
• Experience in working with Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing concepts, Connected Manufacturing, IIoT, Connected Platforms, Edge & Cloud Analytics, Digital Twins, MES/MOM, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management etc
• Functional expertise in different manufacturing sectors and manufacturing types: Food and Beverage, CPG, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharma, Discrete, Process and Continuous manufacturing
• Good understanding of Enterprise Integration (ERP-MES, MES-L2 system, MES-other third party systems of level 3 and level 4
• Experience in end to end MES/MOM implementations
• Strong consulting, solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in Manufacturing domain with prior experience in developing manufacturing / Engineering shared services and Digital Operations operating models
• Ability to help clients simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients’ as-is processes and creating end-to-end automation solution blueprints 
• Experienced in working in Agile methodology
• Exposure to Operational Technologies 
• Proactiveness and ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and positive “can do'' attitude
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
