Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager and Data Ops Manager in Romania, the Business Analyst will have to understand and document specific business processes and highlight the discrepancies between these processes and the Data Platform's expected process. The business analyst will communicate their findings to the Project Manager and Data Analyst and support them in identifying and prioritizing the business rules that will have to be implemented in the Data Platform.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Lead the reviews of business processes
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and ideas
• Perform requirement analysis
• Document and communicate insights to cross-functional team members and management
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
• Work closely with clients and the development and management teams

Qualifications:

• Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry
• Proven documentation skills
• Experienced in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations
• Strong understanding of project management practices and of the Agile framework

Technical Skills:

• Proven MS Excel and MS Word proficiency
• Proven experience with MS Visio or another similar tool
• Proven knowledge of business process modelling
• Proven understanding of SQL database querying
• Strong knowledge of business analysis best practices (estimations, modelling – business cases, use cases and processes, issue tracking, SWOT analysis, interviewing)

Education Requirements:

• B.S. in Business / Economics / Management Information Systems
