Our client is a prominent company in the Legal Services Industry.

For their growing operations, they are looking for a ‘Business Analyst’.

Your Responsibilities:

• The full responsibility of data integrity of the Company’s CRM held within the clients’ systems
• Continuous system testing and validation to ensure proper operation and reports accuracy
• Transfer all the excel reports to BI environment (QlikView)
• Analyzes the data, works on large projects and many data streams in short deadlines
• Enhances performance monitoring through the production of standard business performance reports, identifying the key issues, KPIs for exception reporting to the management, and provide subject-specific reports that enable a more granular understanding of the key drivers
• Creation and maintenance of ad-hoc reports to assist production

• Extracting business insights

• Preparing client deliverables, reports, excel files
• Preparing presentations summarizing the business insights and recommendations

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst; previous experience in the Banking/NPL market is preferred
• MBA will be considered as an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Programming skills(SQL)
• Proficient excel abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
