Responsibilities:

• Talks to customers and beneficiaries 
• Details the requirements of the beneficiaries and interprets these requirements to be translated into software functionality 
• Maps existing application functionalities to customer requirements
• Develops functional specification documents in a common language for the beneficiary and the development team 
• Provides clarification to the development team 
• Develops acceptance test specifications based on the functionalities described in the functional specification document
• Follows up on the fulfilment of functionalities by the resulting software application by engaging in functional testing activities
• Develops, plans, analyzes, estimates and prioritizes the components to be implemented, sets phases and proposes project deadlines
• Involvement in the preparation of technical offers specific to document management information systems

    
Requirements:

• Relevant experience in business analysis in document management systems
• Higher education (preferably in IT)
• Specific courses and certifications (preferred)
• English - advanced level
• Communication skills with colleagues and superiors 
• Willingness to travel to client sites
