Job Description:

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Resolution of system incidents on a key application used in several Eastern Europe Area (EEA) countries
• Application development (.NET), implementation of Epics, Futures and User Stories (business requirements)
• Develop, configure Business Intelligences and Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Coordination and collaboration with system vendor to adjust requirements for business needs
• Create and execute unit test plans
• Support system and integration test efforts
• Analyze and resolve code defects
• Administration of the system
• Ability to collaborate with Designers, Architects, and testers to optimize the quality of integrated solutions
• Interface with other IT areas and business customer
• Handles projects or work with defined scope in own discipline and typically has a short-term focus
• Works with guidance on small-scale team/unit projects
• Solves problems in own specialty areas
• Makes worthwhile improvements to existing programs, and procedures
• Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a 4-year accredited university/college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT Developer
• 3-4 years of experience in supporting a main application, or any other leasing application system
• Advanced .NET programming skills for the implementation of new features  - could be a plus
• Experience in administration of SQL server (MSSQL and database management)
• Software Development/Configuration Knowledge
• Understand software technologies and application hosting environments
• knowledge in Business Intelligences and Analytics tools
• Advanced experience in ITIL processes (ITIL) and SLAs
• Advanced English language skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a business analyst or an application supporting a leasing or financial institution will be a major advantage
