Job Responsibilities

1) Work with business users to discover and articulate the larger goals and objectives of the program.

2) Comprehend and collect business requirements from end-users, clients and stakeholders using mechanisms like one-one discussions, user-workshops, discovery sessions etc. Distill these and detail the functional, non-functional and system requirements.

3) Interact with the UX & development teams to visualize and design a solution that works for business. Become the bridge between what business needs and what software can/will do.

4) Work with end-users, clients and stakeholders to perform functional validation of the proposed end-end solution.

5) Clarify requirements to architecture, development, QA teams to facilitate estimation, architecture, design, planning, etc. Do this through various means - flow diagrams, legacy system demos, requirement walk throughs, UX demos etc.

6) Review QA Test scenarios to ensure quality, coverage & adequacy of the system test cases.

7) Strategize, drive and succeed in the acceptance testing with the help and support from QA teams.

8) Drive demos and system trainings with various stake holders to operationalize the new software.

Job Requirements

1) A BE, preferably in computer science with at least 8 to 10 years industry experience in areas of business analysis and consulting for IT projects.

2) Strong Analytical &, Problem-Solving skills.

3) Strong visualization skills – UX, Data, Integrated System. Ability to imagine and contemplate what is happening under the hood.

4) Understanding of data modelling and data entities. Deep exposure in implementing COTS products for various customer or business domains.

5) Expertise in at least one database (eg: SQL Server) and one reporting tool (Eg: Power BI) is a must.
