Education: B.Tech / BCA
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support CRM systems including user management, permissions, custom objects, and workflow configurations.
- Develop and manage complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes to streamline operations.
- Provide technical support and perform routine system audits to maintain CRM data integrity.
- Analyze CRM data to create dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights into team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to align CRM functionalities with business needs.
- Optimize CRM processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Engineering (B.Tech).
- 2–4 years of professional experience working with CRM platforms such as Lead Squared, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, including custom object creation, user roles, flows, and permissions.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within CRM environments.
- Familiarity with third-party application integration and API concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
