Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements,
user stories, and functional specifications from stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and end-users.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders
and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops and meetings to align on project scope and deliverables.
Domain expertise:
• Customer Experience (CX) Applications: Define requirements for applications (e.g., portals, mobile apps) that enhance user journeys, often incorporating requirements forUI components and templates, UX flows, lead gen forms, and data analytics integrations.
• CMS: Experience in working on CMS (ex AEM, Drupal) based projects for working on authoring requirements
• UX design requirement: Experience in working with UX team to understand UX requirements and put them into Use case document.
Quality Assurance:
• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Test Execution: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), both manually and using automated tools.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and report software defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on technology-based projects.
• Demonstrated experience defining requirements for projects in at least one of the following areas: CX applications, MarTech solutions, or enterprise CMS platforms.(such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience working in a Quality Assurance (QA) role with strong experience in testing web bases applications.
• Web responsive testing using tool BrowserStack.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a significant plus.
