- Salary: 270 K USD
Role & responsibilities:
- Own IAM revenue for US, driving pipeline, bookings, margin, and quota attainment.
- Build and execute IAM GTM strategy aligned with global cybersecurity and regional growth priorities.
- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion across BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Lead CISO/CXO-level engagements positioning IAM as a business enabler and risk mitigation platform.
- Close large, complex IAM deals including RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
- Own IAM service portfolio GTM across IGA, PAM, CIAM, Cloud IAM, Zero Trust, and Managed IAM.
- Develop strategic alliances with IAM OEMs (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk) and hyperscalers.
- Build and scale a high-performing IAM sales team, with clear metrics, enablement, and performance management.
- Strengthen market presence and thought leadership through industry forums, analyst engagement, and executive briefings.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with delivery, marketing, finance, and legal to ensure scalable, profitable growth.
Candidate requirements:
- 20+ years in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, with deep focus on IAM sales and services.
- Proven success selling IAM solutions in the US market across enterprise, BFSI, healthcare, and retail sectors.
- Strong track record in new logo acquisition, account expansion, and complex enterprise deal closures.
- Executive-level engagement experience with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and compliance stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, Zero Trust architecture, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience operating in global delivery models (offshore–onsite collaboration).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence with strong stakeholder influence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale services business in high-growth environments.
