Job Purpose:
Business Automation Associate (UK) will play a key role in gathering requirements to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision in alignment with client automation objective
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Participate in Process Discovery / Assessment workshops and re-engineer process flows
- Utilize Business Process modelling, analysis and design experience to assess end-to-end process and identify suitable processes for automation, taking into account the process complexity, input type, etc.
- Identify and document Process health, variations, complexity, risks, assumptions and dependencies for AS - IS process
- Baseline AHT, volumes, FTEs, SLA etc. for the AS-IS process
- During design, create smart documents with clear & concise info such as user-stories & epics
- Create Process Design Documents (POD) / Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for use cases identified
- Help define and finalize to-be process flow and prioritize use cases for automation
- Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
- Create test cases and scenarios, and take responsibility of quality assurance
- Monitor and keep track of the changes that occur and initiates the Change Management process by evaluating the impact of the changes proposed.
- Mentoring junior BACs and responsible for their performance management and career growth
- Generate revenue by actively mining accounts for new automation opportunities (upsell / cross sell)
- Support community capability building by establishing best practices, standardizing ways of working, creating PoVs etc.
A SBAC will be entrepreneurial in nature, ready to come up with new solutions, open to receiving new to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. They should play a key role in gathering requirements to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision in alignment with client automation objective.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10-14 yrs. of experience in Business Process Analysis
- With focus on at least one of the areas: F&A, Insurance, Banking, SCM, E-commerce
- 2+ yrs. of experience in automation technologies with experience in building RPA solutions
- 4+ years of people management experience
- 6+ years of client facing experience.
- Must have experience in automation assessment work for external clients
- To drive key outcomes
- Experience in building process improvements and process reengineering
- (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean) Experience in using BPM tools
- Exposure in the areas of enterprise architecture, Al and Machine Learning will be beneficial
- Independent, self-driven Problem-solving attitude Analytical skills
