Our Client is a prominent multinational company, and one of the largest in the field of heating solutions in Europe. For their growing operations in Attica they are searching for a ‘’Business Controller (Finance & Accounting)’’ to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting, treasury, budgeting, and related activities of the company.
• Liaise with Tax/accounting/payroll external consultant.
• Plan and develop the company’s basic systems for accounting and financial control, and provide direction for the treasury function including cash management, insurance, investments and taxes.
• Support the Managers in analyzing the outcome of management results, providing the needed support in order to properly understand any aspect and actions effect and helping them to put in place any activity needed in order to meet results.
• Ensure the proper and complete implementation of the Group accounting and controlling policies.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in leadership position (preferably multinational companies).
• Excellent management ability, communication skills, pro-activity and autonomy are required for this role.
• General accounting principles and practices.
• Fluent English and excellent spreadsheet skills.
