Responsibilities; 

You will develop and manage the following activities with the help of team in the designated area:

• Sales and Marketing – promotion and sale of services
• Operational – Project management including all resources related to the projects.
• Economic – Area budget management
• Development of the area - development of local teams, increasing the quality of the works performed, developing relationships with local partners (suppliers and collaborators) in the interest of client.
• Minimum financial objectives to be delivered. Further details to be disclosed upon application. 

Development plans, objectives, key results, performance indicators will be proposed and the agency on both sides in the shortest possible time from the beginning of the activity for the current year and annually after 2023.

• Reporting of activity and results in the designated area is done according to client procedures and rules.
• The evaluation of progress and performance in the role of Business Developer Manager is done quarterly in 2023 for the adjustment of deviations and semiannually or annually starting with 2024.
• Performance is bonused according to the client policy and will be presented before employment.
