What will your responsibilities look like?
The main purpose of the role is to identify new business opportunities to actively participate in the growth and development of the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Analyze and create strategies to pursue new sales opportunities, in line with the company's overall strategy
● Constantly analyze the risk and benefits to improve sales strategies
● Create and improve proposals for our company's existing and new customers together with the pre-sales team
● Identify and contact business partners to propose potential business offers
● Determine the customer's business requirements and identify solutions that cover their requirements.
● Communicate new product developments to potential customers
● Constantly improve your sales knowledge by participating in profile events, continuous development courses, etc.
● Improve the company's reputation by adding value to products and services through your own expertise
● Activate in good collaboration with other departments, working closely with the service delivery department
● Active management of potential customers
What abilities will you need?
● Bachelor Degree in Economic Science, marketing, business, or technical studies
● Minimum 5 years professional sales experience in business (B2B)
● Professional sales experience in software / telecommunications (CRM / ERP software), you must have at least 3 years
● Excellent written and oral communications skills in both Romanian and English
● Willingness to national travel for work purposes
● Driving license category B
