Purpose:
- To drive the sales and expense budget, implement policies and programs, develop, and manage teams and meet the budgeted revenues while adhering to customer satisfaction and process compliance.
- To lead a team of competent sales and marketing professionals to achieve the sales and revenue targets in the domestic marketplace.
Key Responsibility:
- Strategizing and Planning: The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute the strategic sales growth plan to enhance market share by focusing on new customers, and new segments. Develop plans to achieve long-term sales objectives and establish leadership in the marketplace.
- Sales Revenue and Profitability Performance: The incumbent will be responsible to develop and meet the targets of the business plans consistently and shall support to achieve operating plans of the company to achieve the overall strategic objectives of the company. The incumbent shall focus on growth, sales and cost efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Market Scanning and Market Intelligence: The incumbent shall analyze the needs of existing customers and shall constantly keep updated about new competitors entering in the market or new product development by competitor companies to make a course correction to protect the company’s market share.
- Reporting/MIS Business Decision Support: The incumbent will ensure MIS (orders visibility, invoicing, gross margin, outstanding levels, collection plans) and deploy the same for guiding the sales efforts effectively. The incumbent will ensure the timely submission of product forecasts, and financial forecasts to the management for business decisions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: The incumbent will be responsible to define methods to effectively collect, gauge and analyze customer feedback on products and service levels. The incumbent will highlight the customer pain points to management and ensure corrective actions are decided and implemented.
- Lead, Coach, and Manage team members to deliver short and long-term results.

- The incumbent should be able to connect with customers, able to influence and stimulate people and ability to motivate and inspire team members to drive for results.
- Deployment of team members in an optimum manner in alignment with their competencies and business requirements.
- The incumbent should possess good people management skills
- The incumbent must be able to set the expectation, monitor the performance outcome and
- provide constructive feedback for improvements

Graduate Engineer preferably in mechanical, production, or automobile.
MBA or Post-Graduation in business management shall be an added advantage.
