Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools.
2. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstration
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
3. Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Monitor personal performance against KPIs and take proactive measures to improve results.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product performance.
6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
7. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
