This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution: building meaningful client relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and navigating the recruitment journey from lead to placement. With a proven track record in B2B sales and recruitment, ideally with 3–7 years of experience driving new client acquisition and managing mid- to senior-level talent placements. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to finalizing job orders. You should have excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills, be able to work independently as well as with internal teams, and be eager to explore new markets and consistently grow the business. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation for strategic business development and client management.
