Scope of the Role:

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, business development, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities with a focus on integrated logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Develop tailored customer value propositions aligned with the company’s wide logistics service portfolio.
• Collaborate with local sales, customer service, operations, and finance, while following regional and global agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire selling process from prospecting to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Ensure smooth handover to internal functions such as Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
• Engage internal teams to maintain clear communication and service level agreements with customers.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in logistics.
• Strong sales track record in logistics, ideally with experience across multiple product areas (sea, air, road, rail, warehousing, customs).
• Deep understanding of logistics processes and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, from decision-makers to influencers.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• University degree in Economics or related field.
• Availability to travel across Romania.
