???? About the Role:
We’re launching our Rapid Commerce Vertical and are looking for a seasoned Business Development Head – Alliances & Partnerships to lead the charge in building a powerful partner ecosystem and expanding our market footprint. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and a vast network across the eCommerce and logistics value chain.
You'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that will power our rapid commerce capabilities — enabling seamless eCommerce fulfillment and last-mile logistics tailored to the demands of same-day and next-day delivery models.

???? Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners including D2C brands, marketplaces, OMS/WMS providers, SaaS platforms, and logistics aggregators.

Forge high-value partnerships that drive mutual business growth and strengthen our rapid commerce offering.

Build a scalable and collaborative partner network that enhances our delivery infrastructure and tech capabilities.
???? Business Development & Market Expansion

Collaborate with eCommerce brands and enterprises to integrate our logistics solutions into their workflows.

Leverage industry relationships to unlock new revenue streams and increase market penetration.

Offer custom logistics solutions optimized for fast-moving, high-volume commerce with rapid turnaround expectations.
???? Go-to-Market & Solution Selling

Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for our rapid commerce solutions.

Craft compelling value propositions to position our offerings as the preferred choice for modern eCommerce operations.

Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our strategic approach.
???? Stakeholder Management & Leadership

Align partnership goals with overall business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.

Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, contract closure, and relationship management.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and attract key partners.
✅ Key Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Strategic Sales in the eCommerce, Logistics, or SaaS ecosystem.

Strong, proven relationships with D2C brands, marketplaces, SaaS providers, OMS/WMS solutions, and tech platforms.

Demonstrated success in closing high-value partnerships and driving tangible business growth.

Deep understanding of eCommerce supply chains, OMS/WMS integrations, logistics platforms, and rapid commerce delivery models.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
