Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and set up meetings.
- Client Meetings & Relationship Building: Engage with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and present our recruitment solutions.
- Database Development: Research, identify, and maintain a structured database of potential clients and industry contacts.
- Social media & Outreach: Assist in LinkedIn and other digital outreach strategies to generate business opportunities.
- Proposal & Follow-ups: Draft proposals, send follow-ups, and maintain communication to convert prospects into clients.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Confidence in cold calling and B2B sales
- Strong research and data organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
