Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build strong understanding of assigned customers and market landscape.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Develop client solutions and partnerships to grow and secure sales.
- Lead contract development, negotiation, proposal management, and deal closure
- Ensure smooth handover to operations and ongoing account development.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and strategies with management.
- Act as account lead to coordinate internal teams and meet customer expectations.
- Support accounts through issue resolution, reviews, and contract management.
- Maintain senior-level customer relationships to understand outsourcing strategies.
- Achieve sales targets across clinical packaging, IP logistics, comparator, and ancillary sourcing services.
