Responsibilities:
This role is instrumental to ensuring the Target and KPIs of the Branch for the company is achieved. Key Accountabilities will include:
- Plan and implement sales and administrative strategy
- Ensure a realistic sales targeting regime
- Coach, Motivate and Discipline the branch team
- Plan and manage branch team according to agreed targets which must be met
- Ensure availability of presales resource for all solutions at all times
- Develop others to deliver at their best – HP Coaching
- Must be able to work, Influence and integrate the team
- Problem solver, Quick learner, planning, highly detail conscious
- Have a huge passion for growing and developing others
- Fantastic Presentation and Report Writing Skills
- Time management and Organizational Skills
- Analysis and Evaluation Skills
- Good IT Skills
- Good Knowledge of the Region’s Market is a MUST
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate calibre with min 5 years commercial experience gained across SALES/ENTERPRISE marketing/Business Mgt /LEADERSHIP roles with a good track record of performance
- An MBA/M.Sc is key to this role
- Must be used to delivery sales tragets of not less than N3b
- Good managerial and leadership skills
- Good network of the Port Harcourt Enterprise market
- Good communication skill-written and verbal,Good interpersonal skill essential
- Healthy and physical fit
- A good driver with valid driving license
- Very good presentation Skills
- Valid Nigerian Passport
- Must have good network of the market
- Must be based in Abuja
- Previous Experience in a similar IT environment is an added advantage
