Main responsibilities:

• Actively participates in the consolidation and development of collaborations with the company's existing clients;
• Identify new business development opportunities in the markets of BULGARIA, GREECE, TURKEY;
• Collaborates with operational and managerial staff to understand what services the company can offer and to design the development of the new market and investment opportunities;
• Elaborates strategies and business plans in accordance with the company's objectives;
• Negotiates contracts with clients and manages the development of commercial stages;
• Coordinates and motivates the team, monitoring and maximizing performance;
• Develops collaboration with customs commissioners;

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years experience in management/development management;
• Ability to prospect & market research, to understand customer needs;
• Social networking - especially for allocated areas;
• Commercial vision, strategic and creative thinking - business;
• Good communication, relationship, negotiation, persuasion, organization, and team motivation skills;
• Passionate about his activity, professional, proactive, and with initiative;
• Good organizer and team coordinator;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is an advantage;
• Availability to travel in the countries for which he is responsible - BULGARIA, GREECE, TURKEY
