Our Client, an MNC Food company, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager – Dairy (Powdered milk, cheese, butter) Products to join their team in Dubai handling top distributors in HORECA & Modern trade.

The successful candidate must be an experienced Sales Manager, having worked within Dairy industry (Powdered Milk, Cheese, Cream & Butter) in UAE/ GCC. You must have experience in trading with a current network, a network within modern trade and HORECA will be of added value. This role requires a strong Sales Manager, motivated to develop new markets across the region.

Responsibilities:

1) Your main responsibilities will be to develop the business in UAE & GCC Market, establishing a constant network of clients.

2) You will be focused on trading but also have a presence within modern trade and potentially HORECA.

3) You will oversee the full process such as introduction, Pricing, contract negotiations, volumes and through to delivery and follow up.

4) You will develop and drive the strategic vision in the GCC, making sure to achieve the highest sales and constantly develop into new areas and markets.

5) To have excellent relationship with the Retailers & Distributors in the UAE market. Having existing relationship to drive the sales of the sourced product

6) Understanding of the requirements of HORECA Sector, good rapport with Purchase Managers and Chefs.

7) Attending Local & global exhibitions to meet & build relationship with Global Manufacturers & Suppliers

8) Support the Logistics Team in Shipments, Legal Documentation and Customs clearance.
