Business Development Manager - Human Resources Services
Job purpose:
The HR Services Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding the customer base in the HR services sector. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and beneficiaries of human resources services.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth goals.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities both locally and nationally.
- Working with internal teams to develop customized HR service solutions for clients based on customer needs and market trends.
- Preparing presentations and persuasive sales proposals to potential customers, ensuring profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competition activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitoring the evolution of the local human resources market, and industrial development being up to date with best practices in human resources services.
- Provide the organization's management with regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the human resources services industry, and a minimum of 2 years in coordinating a multidisciplinary team
- Solid knowledge of HR services, including recruitment, talent management, employee training, and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. - Ability to understand customer needs and ability to develop customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
