Our Client is an European fast growing company who is expanding internationally. Their focus is within the hygiene business sector area. 

The scope of this role is to coordinate the few existing distributors activity improving their results, to visit hospitals and make new deals, to be able to assess new tenders and to continuously build up the clients database.  This person will have to travel sometimes thru the whole country of Romania and will work independently (remotely) and will report to an export area director abroad.

The most preferred actual location of the ideal candidate is BUCHAREST.  

We welcome candidates with great sales experience in domains such are chemicals, diaper pants, pharma generics, hospital medical services sales and medical equipment, gloves, sterilization materials, surgical drapes, paper items – towels etc

There is a strong chance for this person to become the local general manager once the business is set up and growing and a team developed.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

•             B2B New Sales experience in FMCG and /or medical pharma related sectors (

•             A couple of years (ideally min 3- 5 years) of experience in the related  industry (work in a medical, chemical or pharmaceutical company with small medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals or biocides or similar);

• Experience in cooperation with hospitals (tenders), dental wholesalers, purchasing groups

•             Proven sales results in medical and/or dental sector

• Self -driven, very well organised

Other requirements:

•             Fluency in Romanian and English

•             Higher education

•             Driving license. B

•             Knowledge of Microsoft Office

•             Availability, readiness for frequent business trips (mainly within Romania)

•             Focus on the results

•             Very good organization of own work, independence, diligence, proactivity

•             Easy to establish contacts and build relationships

•             High personal culture
