PROFESSIONAL PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred location Bucharest, although you will cover the whole South area (We do not exclude good candidates from other areas in the South)
• We prefer a junior with a minimum of 2-3 years with proven sales experience in the construction/building materials field
• Hunter profile minimum 80%; to generate new clients, new leads, otherwise will be responsible for managing 2-3 existing clients and the administrative and post sales side, thus:

1. Post sales support and project management with the help of the team currently assigned (from Turda) and which is mobile for the moment
2. Hiring and further training of a zonal team; reinforcement of the execution team
3. Identification of a location for our client's office to be opened in the South and management of the implementation of this office
4. Management of the logistics warehouse to be opened in the location later
5. Marketing part of our client's practices to be implemented in the area
