The role open to a GENERAL MANAGER position within next 2 years!
Our CLIENT is a fast - growing construction materials producer in Romania.
He has expanded a lot outside Romania and the entire SOUTH ROMANIA area is a new zone that is now open for an ambitious sales person!
Such a professional will take over first the SALEs and NEW BUSINESS development of the zone.
He/she will have 20% existing clients versus 80% NEW client generation responsibilities. Will work from home/from the car and will travel a lot.
Location of thee candidates can be everywhere but most probably preferred closer to Bucharest if possible. Then he/she will find a space (office and logistics/warehouse) and grow a local team.
For the beginning he/she will get support of the remote teams for project management and other post sales/logistics actions.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred location Bucharest, although you will cover the whole South area (We do not exclude good candidates from other areas in the South)
- We prefer a junior with a minimum of 2-3 years with proven sales experience in the construction/building materials field
- Hunter profile minimum 80%; to generate new clients, new leads, otherwise will be responsible for managing 2-3 existing clients and the administrative and post sales side, thus:
- Post sales support and project management with the help of the team currently assigned (from Turda) and which is mobile for the moment
- Hiring and further training of a zonal team; reinforcement of the execution team
- Identification of a location for the Company to be opened in the South and management of the implementation of this office
- Management of the logistics warehouse to be opened in the location later
- Marketing part of Company practices to be implemented in the area
We look for a proven sales person ideally active in construction materials or and services solutions to construction field /real estate field.
A very pro -active self- starter and dynamic personality and someone with managerial potential too.
The split of fix vs variable salary will be discussed according to the seniority of each candidate.
