Job Description
Main Priorities:
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Proactively helps improve products and services by providing inputs to product management team on customer needs, emerging trends and competition.
- Understands clients' needs.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Cover the market for the Business Unit, all the accounts.
- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans
- Champion the customer’s cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support
Key Inputs:
- To achieve monthly/quarterly order booking & revenue targets.
- Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet
Relationships:
- Internal: Reporting Manager, Product Team, Solution Team, Delivery Team, Cross functional Business Units and their respective internal BDM’s & relationships
- External: Corporate Clients
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions - preferably AWS, Azure.
- Experience selling Enterprise software, IT solutions, Software (SaaS) etc.\
