Responsibilities

• Identify new client partnerships to promote training solutions to corporates and governments.
• Identifying sales leads, new clients, and maintain a good work relationship with new contacts through communications and business relations.
• Representing the organization in various trade meetings.
• Build a robust sales strategy and process, aimed at target customers to penetrate the market and ensure business success
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Manage high volume key accounts, create growth with the existing accounts, prospect and develop new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 4-5 years in a business development managerial role with proven sales track record of numbers and networks in the UAE market. If earlier years of training expertise will be added advantage.
• Candidate must be based in UAE willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
