We're looking to hire a Business Development Professional for one of the big multinational pharma companies globally, a caliber who is capable of motivating his/her team to drive business growth, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the function makes you the one responsible for defining, allocating & approving the sales target for the sales team.
- One of your main accountabilities is to drive the sales/ market share target achievement.
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Build long-term strong partnerships with new and existing customers.
- Team coaching to ensure high quality workforce.
Key requirements:
- A well-knowledgeable Sales Professional experienced with interpretation & communication of scientific data.
- If you’re an influential leader, with good analytical & negotiation skills, so this is exactly what’s we’re looking for!
- Problem solving mindset.
- 8+ years of experience in same field within the healthcare/ pharma industry is a MUST, and minimum of 4 years of experience with people management.
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages.
- High awareness of the local market in Kuwait.
- Out-standing communication skills & ability to work cross-funtionally.
