We are hiring for a Business Developement Management role for one of our freight forwarding organization.
Individual & must have good customer base with minimum 3 times CTC contribution
Support lane development strategies.
Present our strength areas & highlight key achievement of organization to make an impression with customer
Develops continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit and growth Optimize the conversion of business opportunities
Maintain good relationship with operations team, external partners and customers
Ensure the payments are collected within the agreed credit period
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Weekly review of the sales activity with Sales Head of the Region
Generating leads and prospects
Continuously seeking improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations
Strategy, Business Plan & Road map
Expand & explore new territories
Increase the profit margin of existing customers
Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies Identify, qualify and develop opportunities for new business in assigned territory.
