Responsibilities:

• Develop business for Structured Cabling in UAE & GCC markets.
• Support the sales team to achieve sales and gross margin target.
• Being the specialist in Datacom, ensure a strong support to Country Sales Managers of Gulf Countries at a high service level.
• Support countries sales team on pricing strategy, approvals, identify key projects and new opportunities
• Develop specialized distributors and system integrators’ network to ensure better market coverage in Gulf Countries in coordination with Country Sales Managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects until become Client’s channel partners.
• Develop indirect system integrators’ approach.
• Manage key projects with sales team to make sure with have iconic references for IT infrastructures.
• Develop specifications with consultants, end-users, developers, local authorities for Client’s Structured Cabling while being the specialist main high expertise of product lines in coordination with key account team.
• Preparation of yearly commercial action plan with country sales managers for datacom products including action plan, communication means in coordination with communication department, pricing policy, yearly and monthly forecast, training needs, etc…
• Actively work and exchange with SBU DBI (Strategic Business Unit Digital Building Infrastructures) and Gulf Countries team on topics including (LRP, detailed market analysis, understanding market trends, pricing, monitoring of competition, identification of new verticals, etc.…).
• Plan and execute products launch
• Tackle new opportunities for datacom to develop the business in Gulf Countries
• Develop Client’s offer for retail.
• Be main point of contact for day to day issues concerning product line in Gulf Countries.
• Provide regular reports to direct manager for market updates, key actions, challenges, action plan,….
• Be a constant driving force for progress and productivity gains within the company and participate in specific actions that may be asked by direct manager.

Desired Experience:

• Degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering or related discipline
•  8 years of experience within similar field of expertise.
