Responsibilities:
- Management of business development activities in Uzbekistan.
- The key role of management in identifying, managing, growing and expanding a business.
- Cooperation with key business stakeholders, i.e. the top management of the region, gas consumers, suppliers and all internal divisions in the entrusted area and at the corporate level.
- Manage projects in the designated area, starting from Exit 1, throughout the entire IC project approval period/By the Management Board of the company.
- Critical assessment of the company's competitiveness and promotion of improvement of the Company's PSO on the spot (e.g. reliability, availability and costs (capital and operating costs) of plants).
Requirements:
- Higher education (science, technology and processing industry).
- Work experience of more than 5 years as a business development manager for investment projects or a similar position in the industrial gases, oil and gas, steel, petrochemical and chemical industries.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to solve problems.
- Proven experience in developing business opportunities with new and existing clients, planning and implementing projects.
- Ability to influence and develop strategic relationships (both internal and external).
- He is fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
- Flexible and ready to travel.
- Cultural understanding and sensitivity.
- Strong social competence.
