Requirements-
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development/ Account Manager Exposure
- to Destination Management/Conference Management/ Meetings and Events in the UAE will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management studies or any similar technical University degree (MBA)
- Excellent working knowledge of Event Industry
- Effective organisational Capabilities
- Confidence, immense perseverance, and determination.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Analytical and ability to interpret research data
- Microsoft office is mandatory
