Hiring Business Development Manager for a global technology and digital transformation leader delivering predictive analytics, digital experience, and supply chain solutions.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth within the Singapore public sector by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities aligned to BCT’s portfolio (analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation, managed services).
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across government agencies, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, customized value propositions for clients.
- Stay abreast of Singapore GovTech trends, procurement frameworks (including bulk tenders and SGTS), and market developments to inform account strategies.
- Consistently deliver against annual revenue targets while building and sustaining a strong sales pipeline.
Candidate requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise software/services sales, ideally across analytics, digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated success selling into the Singapore public sector, with strong understanding of government procurement, tendering processes, and compliance requirements.
- Well-established network across ministries, statutory boards, and key ecosystem partners.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for both business and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated with strong skills in planning, deal structuring, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with GovTech frameworks, IM8 guidelines, and government ICT procurement cycles is a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
