Our client offers customized packaging solutions for various industries and is looking  for a BDM to expand its team. Preferable to be located in Transylvania in one of the cities: Cluj-Napoca, Alba-Iulia, Targu-Mures, Sibiu, Oradea or Brasov.

Business Development Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze and create strategies to pursue new sales opportunities, in line with the company's overall strategy;
• Identify and contact business partners to propose potential business offers;
• Determine the customer's business requirements and identify solutions for the their needs;
• Constantly improve your sales knowledge by participating in profile events, continuous development courses, etc;
• Activate in good collaboration with other departments, working closely with the service delivery department;
• Inventory management, pricing policy and business strategy;
• Building long-term partnerships, providing technical advice and assistance to customers, as well as negotiating and concluding contracts;
• Maintaining and expanding the business by achieving the monthly and annual budgetary objective;
• Responsible of generating new ideas & sources of revenue through suppliers and products for growth of the Business Unit.

Profile:

• Experience in selling customized solutions based on the customer needs;
• Minimum 5 years professional sales experience in business (B2B);
• Technical experience in the packaging field is desired but not mandatory;
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in both Romanian and English (Hungarian is desired but not mandatory);
• Willingness to national travel for work purposes;
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills;
• Excellent organization/time management skills;
• Highly motivated and results oriented personality.
