Job Title: Business Development Manager – EMS

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager – EMS will be responsible for driving growth in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business by establishing and nurturing relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and design partners. The role involves expanding the customer base within electronics domains, converting projects from RFQs to POs, and achieving defined revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve EMS business sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1s, and design partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Drive the conversion of RFQs to POs through effective proposal management and negotiation.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Introduce new technologies such as controllers, sensor PCBs, and EV-related electronics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) for project execution.

Key Deliverables:

• New Customer Acquisition: Number of OEMs, Tier-1s, and design partners added.
• RFQ to PO Conversion Rate.
• Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS).
• New Technology Introductions: Controllers, sensor PCBs, EV-related products, etc.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial negotiation expertise.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strategic thinking with a strong results orientation.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
• MBA (preferred).
