We're looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the company through attracting new clients, researching new market opportunities, making sales projections & forecasting revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be monitoring the implementation & follow up of customer engagement plans, using all available channels.
- One of your main accountabilities is not only to drive the sales/ market share target achievement but also to exceed, grow & develop the company presence in the market.
- You’ll be the focal point of contact who links multiple stakeholders.
- As increasing the productivity & revenue will be one of your main goals, so creating & implementing new processes will be one of the most critical responsibilities.
- Team coaching to ensure high quality workforce.
Key requirements:
- A well-knowledgeable Business Developement Expert, with strong business acumen & experienced with communication of scientific data.
- If you’re an influential leader, with good analytical & negotiation skills, so this is exactly what’s we’re looking for.
- Strategic mindset & outstanding project management skills.
- 8+ years of experience in same field within the healthcare/ pharma industry is a MUST, and minimum of 4 years of experience with people management.
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages.
- High awareness of the Gulf region market needs.
