Business Development Manager Europe – Aviation Tech Services
Location: Europe / Remote

About the Role
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will own the entire sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing and onboarding. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at airports and airline service providers, collaborating closely with company executives to shape go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle using a consultative selling approach, from discovery calls through negotiation and closing
- Deliver tailored presentations and demos that resonate with customer pain points
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
- Act as the primary post-sales contact, ensuring exceptional client experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to identify new opportunities and improve offerings
- Travel as needed to industry events and customer meetings
Who You Are
- 3+ years proven B2B business development experience in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
- A hunter mentality with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to create impactful results internationally
- Experienced in selling new product categories and driving fresh market growth
- Located in Europe with a valid resident and work status
