A European Freight Forwarding company is seeking a Business Development Manager for their newly opened office in Almaty.

Job Description:

• Collaborate in developing the business strategy for international road freight forwarding, rail freight, air freight, and warehouse services.
• Acquire, negotiate terms with, and service key clients.
• Provide professional advice on transport services to clients.
• Establish processes to support effective development of the client portfolio.
• Achieve assigned budgetary goals.
• Continuously analyze the market situation.
• Coordinate with operational and sales departments.
• Participate in company development projects to contribute to business growth.

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international Full Truck Load (FTL) sales, rail freight, air freight, and warehouse services.
• Experience working with key clients.
• Proficient in sales techniques and effective negotiation.
• Experience handling tenders.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips.
