Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting sales (booking and revenue) target for the asigned geography/accounts/business
- Meeting budgeted gross margin as per defined KPI
- Meeting order booking/revenue target for the defined growth initiatives
- Provide accurate monthly booking and revenue forecast in the required forrmat
- Monitor and collect account receivable and provide periodical update to reporting manager and finance controller
- Maintain complete history of entire sales cycle right from lead generation to closing the order including order lost details in CRM tool used by Gefran
- Monitor stock of products and move out non-moving items through structured planning
- Provide market/competition data and other related input to functional manager to build intelligence to define sales strategies
- Conduct regular presentations to key accounts/new accounts to create marketing awareness of products/solution offered by Gefan
- Drive and monitor business of distributors assigned
- Provide necessary support and track business of distributors through regular field visits
- Define action plan and work out annual budget for the accounts/geography/distributors allocated on yearly basis
- Focus product-wide sales as per defined budget for S&C portfolio
- Work closely with Service/SCM team to maintain customer delight
- Work closely with sales operation and finance team to maintain proper order entries in SAP and track delivery schedules
- Provide fornoght/monthly update to functional manger and/or participate in Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) as and when called for
- Develop new accounts/generate leads and develop new applications as per defined KPI
- Take periodical product training to hone up teehnical skills for effective sales and to counter competition
- Develop key account plans for top 5-10 accounts managed as per defined template
- Provide Quarterly Rolling Forecasts required by finance for reporting to HQ
- Make effective use of digitial platforms to promote Gefran products and create awareness in the market

Qualification
Graduation in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical or equivalent discipline + minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for similar product line and overall working experience of 7 to 10 years
- Working knowledge of MS office
