The company:
Rapidly growing international resin-based flooring company with major references in Europe (Romania, Belgium, Luxembourg, France) who has a presence in Hungary for 3 years.
The team is able to implement flooring systems for a wide variety of spaces in different sectors: food industry, automotive industry, parking, pharmaceutical factories, production, retail, commercial spaces, office buildings, medical clinics, schools, sports fields, hospitals etc.
Responsibilities:
The job holder will primarily focus on driving and securing new business as well working with an existing portfolio to increase revenue opportunities. He/she will use in-depth industry knowledge to identify new opportunities within the commercial and industrial space.
- Prospect the market and identify collaboration opportunities;
- Develop business relationships based on the existing references with all factors involved in the business process;
- Be an ambassador in the market to build the awareness for the technical solution;
- Collaborate with Project Manager to access clients’ needs using technical and application resources of company;
- Visit clients’ premises (e.g. Manufacturing sites) and checking pre and post work completed;
- Liaising with contracts managers/site supervisors.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have hands on experience with business development ideally in flooring or commercial fit outs with proven track records.
- Ability to generate new business with strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Ability to build and develop relationships with technical managers, facility managers and owners;
- Experience in related domain (Flooring or Commercial Fit outs or building materials);
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
- PC operating knowledge (Windows, MS Office, etc.);
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Native Hungarian, fluent English, Romanian is an advantage
