Business Development Manager, Ingredients & Solutions for the FOOD Industry
 

Role’s Key Responsibilities:

The role is based in Cluj-Napoca and is responsible for:

• Achieving monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets, and developing ongoing sales pipeline through customer relationships in the relevant Industry.
• Creating new revenue opportunities and increasing profitability & performance through new business development.
• Researching and suggesting new products and sourcing new suppliers for business growth.
• Career development as Group Scientific Technical Expert for the specific Industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Academic background in Food industry Engineering or similar is necessary.
• Sales experience in ingredients and solutions for the food market.
• Technical experience in production or R&D departments of the food market, will be considered a plus.
• Good command of the English language, and PC skills (MS Office, ERP).
• High achiever, able to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with advanced communication and negotiation skills.
