Business Development Manager Central Asia
• Drive growth of region business by developing new clients in the oversized loads and project forwarding business
• Develop new projects by exploring new opportunities and new markets
• Coordinate with global as well as local current customers to build up strong service network and improve the quality of the service provided.
• Requirements:
• Global business experience (min. 5-7 years), preferably with knowledge and experience of forwarder industry (oversized and project cargo) with good understanding of the customer needs
• Kazakhstan transport market knowledge is must. Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and other central Asian markets / experience is great bonus and advantage.
• Fluent English, Russian and Kazakh
• Representation of the company's interests at all major events in O&G, Energy, Mining
• Proven capabilities in the implementation of several industrial projects over the past 3 years
• Own portfolio of clients ready for cooperation during the first 1-2 months
• Ability to manage multiple projects on own mode without involving a team
• Develop sales plans independently as well as jointly, prove the need for a strategy for the approval of management, achieve results within the finance schedule
