About the job

The ideal candidate will generate leads for training programs and convert them into sales. They will sell Management and Technology Training Programs to individuals and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate large number of individual and corporate leads using digital and social media marketing
• Convert leads into sales by presenting the most appropriate training program
• Identify, network with and build pool of world class trainers in various management and technology training programs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' of business development experience in a training company in UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of training programs
• Focused and goal-oriented
